Can I upload my own photo?
Yes. Upload a JPG or PNG, drag it to position and zoom in. We warn you if the photo is too small to print sharply.
Will I see a preview before ordering?
Yes. The preview updates live as you edit, on your exact phone model or product.
How long does it take?
Made to order. Usually dispatched in 2–4 working days. Delivery time depends on your PIN code.
Can I pay on delivery?
For phone cases, yes: pay 25% online and the rest on delivery (₹49 COD charge). Other products are prepaid.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind. If it arrives damaged, wrong or defective, we'll reprint it or refund you.
Which phones do you make cases for?
Popular Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi/Redmi, Vivo and Oppo models. The phone picker on each product shows exactly what is in stock.
Do you ship across India?
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through courier partners. You'll see if your PIN is serviceable at checkout (live site).
Why might my items arrive separately?
Phone cases and other gifts are made in different studios, so a mixed order can arrive in two parcels, each with its own tracking.
